Lived Up to Expectations, and More!
We just returned from a week at this house, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, modern, well-landscaped, great location. All of the photos in the listing are 100% accurate. If you like what you see, then this is the house for you. The outdoor living space is amazing. Great pool and hot tub (we were happy that we paid the heating fee for the pool). Approximately 3 dozen palm trees on the property - felt like a tropical paradise. Incredibly quiet (we didn't hear anyone else for an entire week). Great selection of outdoor furniture and lounges. Excellent place for a family gathering.

Equally nice on the inside. Nice living room with sliding doors opening to the pool. Up-to-date big screen with cable. Beautiful, modern gas fireplace. Views of the hills from the couch. Very modern and fully equipped kitchen. The MBR is quite large with an outstanding Master Bath. Two of the other bedrooms are mid-sized, with the last bedroom (off the kitchen) being somewhat small (perfect for a single guest or a young couple).

The location is near everything in Palm Springs. You can walk to downtown Palm Springs (a bit of a hike), but Uptown Palm Springs is an easy walk.

The team that managed the house -- arrangements in advance, check-in -- were very professional. All in all, we would definitely return.

The Bougainvillea Estate is everything as promised. Beautiful house and property, with lots of amenities. The team at Oasis Rentals is professional and easy to work with. They, along with Michael and Habeeb, wanted us to enjoy our stay, and we did!

Three generations of our family get together here each year, and the house offers something for everyone. Two fire pits, places to sun, read, tuck away for an outdoor nap and of course swim in the gorgeous pool and relax in the spa. Great kitchen and equipment, and a careful and caring Oasis Rentals staff. Five stars.

The Spencer Modern property was perfect for a week-long retreat among friends! We have stayed at a number of Palm Springs properties in the Racquet Club Estates and Vista Las Palmas neighborhoods, and this house ranks as one of the best. The renovation materials and furnishings were inviting and aesthetically respectful of the mid-century bones of the house. Beds and linens comfortable and just the right weight for desert slumber. The pool area was especially nice--plenty of open spaces for gathering or just lying by the pool, with full sun exposure and shade options at all times. Our house manager was friendly and accessible--he even dropped off a pumpkin pie wishing us a happy Thanksgiving. And location, location, location--so convenient to downtown and the growing North Palm Canyon area. We'll be back!

The Oasis Team is very professional and streamlined our vacation home rental process. The house we chose exceeded expectations in terms of space and decor. Casa Lola was our home base for a week's stay during Thanksgiving 2017. All four bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds; the master bedroom was striking in its mid-century furnishings and extra large bathroom. The backyard pool area was inviting for relaxing and enjoying the backyard views of mountains during the day, and starry skies at night. The kitchen was very well situated for a Thanksgiving dinner, with expansive countertops, range stove, microwave, and two dishwashers. There was an abundance of both indoor and outdoor cups and plates. We hold happy memories of our week in Palm Springs and will definitely call upon Oasis Rentals for our next vacation rental.

We had a great time in the lovely and spacious Amado Modern in Palm Springs; there were lots of rooms, lots of space, lots of bathrooms and many, many nice, stylish and modern touches. Comfortable, cute, classy, and great location - would highly recommend and would love to stay here again some day!

We got married at the Bougainvillea Estate on September 23rd and couldn't have wished for a better day. We hired the estate for the whole weekend and the manager Mike and his assistant Habeeb could not have been more helpful and friendly. They were always available when needed, but otherwise left us to enjoy ourselves. They helped make it a weekend we and all of our guests will never forget!
Oasis Rentals were also very easy to deal with and helpful with any questions we had to make sure everything was organized smoothly.
We would highly recommend this rental to anybody!

Our eldest child, our daughter Hannah got married in Las Vegas on October 1st. In the build up to this joyous occasion we booked Three Palms for one week, as ideal rest & relaxation before the big occasion took over.

We had a fabulous time. We are regular visitors to Palm Springs and frequently rent homes from Oasis. This rental did not disappoint. The property had everything we required. High quality bed linens in every bedroom, plentiful supply of towels for personal use & pool towels were plentiful also. The larder was well stocked with coffee & other essentials.

The only glitch we experienced was an occasion early in our stay when we ran out of hot water. Eric resolved this issue very quickly. The pool & other outside arrangements were excellent & as the weather was excellent throughout our vacation we made use of the many shaded areas. The hot tub was also used during our stay. The bar-b- que was excellent & we made considerable use of this facility.

I thoroughly recommend this rental & look forward to returning again next year.

This was indeed a 5 star rental and excellent value.
