Oasis Rentals has managed our home in Palm Springs for about 3 years. They are responsive, experienced, keep the home in great repair, so easy to work with. They know the local rental market well, which helps with their creating a competitive rental price schedule. The property gets great reviews from our guests, so we have a lot of confidence in their management.

Oasis Rentals has been our property manager for two years and is a god-send. The team at Oasis is very hands on, communicative, and focused on customer satisfaction. We currently live outside the US, so managing our own property is not something we are able to do. With Oasis's white-glove service, we never need to think about our property or worry about our rental tenants. Oasis handles everything and is incredibly responsive to our questions despite a 9-hour time zone difference. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for quality, responsive service.

Oasis Rentals have been managing our rental property since 2020. They have always been more than accommodating and have treated our home with great care! We’ve interviewed several management companies and decided on Oasis as they are a local business and just had a good feeling about them.
4 yrs later…we are extremely happy with their service and personal attention to our home that we would not have gotten with larger chain management companies. I will be the 1st to admit that I am not easy to please. Lol! They have ALWAYS addressed our issues quickly, professionally, and most of all with great care! As a homeowner, it puts us at ease given we live out of town from our rental property.
Chris, Eva, Joe, Kristen…AMAZING TEAM! They are always so helpful and suggestive in working thru any issues.
Additionally, they are very responsive to guests requests and have had nothing but glowing reviews of their service.
My husband and I have rented other vacation properties that are managed by larger property management companies (Vacasa, Avant Stay). As a renter, we were very frustrated with the service (lack thereof) they provided. Definitely, not the same service Oasis.

Oasis has been managing our home in Palm Springs for the past 8 years, and before they managed our home we rented several other homes in their portfolio. They're incredibly well organized, great communicators, and are very responsive to guest needs. They do a wonderful job making sure their homes are well maintained, have all of the right supplies (regularly refreshing kitchen, bath and outdoor/pool amenities), and even think of thoughtful surprises for returning renters. We love working with and renting from Oasis!

We are out of town home owners. Oasis Rentals help set up our Short Term Rental License with the city of Palm Springs and took care of every aspect needed. Since marketing our vacation rental we have been very pleased with the amount and quality of bookings and ease for us as homeowners. The Oasis staff is incredible! I have had the unique pleasure of being both a guest AND a homeowner(Long story short, I rented the house, managed by Oasis, for one month before I bought it). As a guest, the Oasis staff made me feel very welcome, and really catered to my needs. A month later, I owned the same house that I had just rented. We lived in it a few years first, and then it became primarily a rental. Naturally, I chose Oasis to be our property managers, because they were so great the first time (as a guest). Since we are not here very often, I could not trust my home to anyone else… Including family or friends! They literally treat my house as if it were theirs. The communication is great, and they are just as OCD about the cleanliness and upkeep of our home as I would be!
We have had great experiences with our many guests through Oasis, and I could not feel safer with my choice. Keep up the good work, team! And for those of you who come to visit Palm Springs, we can’t wait for you to enjoy our home as much as we do.
