An optional damage waiver fee of $45.00-$145.00 is available for most homes and condos (some exceptions may apply). The ADW fee is nonrefundable and may not be added after booking. It relieves the Guests from paying the cost of unintentional and incidental damages to the Rental Property and its contents, not to exceed the amount of coverage as set forth ("Fee Amount/Coverage" - $49.00/$500.00, $69.00/$750.00 $89.00/$1000.00, $109.00/$1200.00, $139.00/$1500.00). Damages must be reported to the property manager before departure by email or by calling our office at 760.534.4714. ADW is not insurance, nor should it be interpreted as such.
Exclusions: The ADW fee does not cover intentional damage, gross negligence and abuse of property, damage beyond the coverage amount, theft, unauthorized pets, damages caused by a pet, extensive cleaning (including pet related) required at check-out, smoking inside the home, exceeding occupancy limits, noise violations and any other violations of the rental contract. It does not cover any fines imposed by the City, Police Department or Home Owner Association.
